Important Shipping Information
The King is designed to allow the average player to experience a long distance flight. It has a good grip and a nice high dome. It traps the air and rides on it like you have never seen before. For professional players the King will be your longest flying disc and roller in your bag. For lower speed arms this will finally give you that full flight you always wanted on the course.

Delivery options and how they work.
UK Standard Delivery
ALL orders from Ace are sent tracked, which means every order that goes out of our door is tracked and fully insured. This gives you, the customer, confidence that if there is every any issues in transit be that if your order is lost or damaged, we have no issues in refunding you or sending you a replacement order as soon as possible.
There are two delivery options for the UK:
Standard (3-5 working days) & Next Day (1-3 working days) the only difference is the price and the potential length in delivery.
International Tracked Delivery
All international orders are sent their order by tracked delivery. Your order will be fully insured and fully tracked through its entire journey, which means we have all the information we need to be able to send you a replacement order or fully refund you in case there is an issue with your order. This is the safest and fastest option for your order.
It can take up to 15 working days for international orders to be delivered. Please be patient, we are always looking into better ways to post our international orders, but currently, it can take up to 15 working days. It can be delivered before this, but we want to give you the worse case scenario here.
Customs, Duties and Taxes can be applied to your order and may need paying when you order comes into your country if you are outside of the UK.
Ace Disc Golf is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents regarding the value of your order or to declare your order as a gift.
How often do you ship orders?
- We ship orders Monday-Friday
- Any order made before 1:00pm (UK Time) will be shipped that same day.
- We aren't able to ship or process orders on weekends & UK bank holidays.
- Christmas hours may apply but we will let our customers know any ad-hoc hours well in advance of them happening.
- You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking on the same day your order is shipped.
Am I able to return my order?
Of course you can. We offer free returns in the UK too. It's pretty simple to send back an order too.
For UK returns all you need to do is visit this link (http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5045) and fill out all the necessary information, print off the free returns label and drop your parcel off to the post office. Simple.
For International returns, you just need to send your return back to our warehouse:

Once we've receive, inspected and approved your return, we will issue you your full refund or replacement.
Your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method, it can take up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
You may be required to pay for your return postage, please do consider tracked postage as we cannot guarantee we will receive packages that are not tracked.
We will keep you up to date via email on your Refund Process.
If I make multiple orders, will you refund my shipping if you send in one package?
- Absolutely. We will always do our best to consolidate multiple orders into as few packages as possible. Then if we manage to reduce the overall shipping cost, we will always make sure you receive a refund for this.
- This IS NOT always possible due to the volume of orders coming through, but we will do this where possible.
