River has taken the market by storm and is a disc with THE GLIDE. It´s easy to throw and fits most player's power and skill levels. River is a fairway control driver and while it´s not the fastest disc we have made, and doesn't have the widest wing ever made, it is a disc for accurate driving and good control. With small fade and amazing glide, you can really let it fly on to those big anhyzer curves.
Honestly, this is THE best disc in my bag so far. I'm not a pro and there are plenty of discs I haven't tried but... do I need to? Try it and you'll see why this disc has such a strong reputation. It is a flying marvel and its stats are not exaggerated: the 7 glide is well deserved. As for the plastic, I prefer the Opto from Latitude 64 than their other plastics for the flexibility and the grip. A truly amazing disc!

I've seen so many people using this disc and when I needed a straight-flying fairway, I thought I'd give it a shot. Since then it's weaselled its way into my heart. I can't tell the number of times I pull it out on a round. It's probably double figures. So useful, so reliable, so controllable
