Point and shoot. With enough high-speed stability, lots of glide and a gentle fade, the Kastaplast K1 Göte holds the line on both drives and touch shots.
This large diameter midrange disc is slower than our Kaxe midrange driver and more workable on shorter holes and when powered down. Göte is an old Norse first name, meaning a person from Götaland (Southern Sweden). Pronounced [jøːtə] in Swedish, but it’s better known as “the Goat” elsewhere.
Suitable for: Any line (straight, hyzer or anhyzer), touch shots, 1-disc rounds.
I was looking for a disc with a straight flight similar to a throwing putter but could cover greater distance. The gote is this disc! One drawback is that this is quite deep relative to other discs in my bag.

Nice disc, and good to have in the bag. Am a big K fan.. the SVEA is still my best midrange disc. Always great service from Ace Disc Golf. My go to new disc supplier, everytime! Especially Max !!

Brilliant straight shooter
This is my absolute favourite midrange. It has soooooo much glide, is a beautiful straight point and shoot and feels perfect in my hand. It’s my go to disc for most shots and the K1 plastic feels amazing, especially for the cold and dry UK climate.

Not what I was looking for
I was hoping this disc could replace my Rocs, but it didn't end up working out. The Gote is domier and significantly taller than a roc. This makes it uncomfortable in my hand and impossible to forehand for me. I would say it is slower, glidier, and straighter than a roc, so if that is what you're looking for then this may be the disc for you.
