The #2 Helix is one of the fastest flying discs in the Lightning line.
This disc is overstable, with some high speed turn at the front of the flight allowing for some great helix (S-curve) shots when thrown with power at an anhyzer angle.
Lightning recommends this disc for advanced players. In Lightning’s Standard plastic in lower weight ranges, it floats!
Lighting Discs come in a variety of colors.
The standard plastic uses a unique marble blend, and these discs float in water.
The Pro-Line plastic Lightning makes isn’t quite as colorful, and doesn’t float, but this plastic is supposed to be super durable.
Both plastics are very grippy.
Lightning discs also have a unique set of grooves on the inner rim which can improve grip.
