Ace & COVID-19 | Our situation & advice

There is no denying that the wold is facing an unprecedented challenge due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We as a global community, have all got an equal responsibility to adapt, head the advice to self isolate & protect our mental health. 
Together, we can help slow the spread of the virus and come out of this situation stronger, and with a far greater appreciation for the things we have taken for granted.

How is Ace reducing the chance of spreading the virus?
  • When all orders are packed, we wear gloves and sanitise the discs to ensure everything is as clean as physically possible. We do advise that once you get your package, you wash your hands again once everything is unpacked
Will Ace still be fulfilling orders? 
  • Yes, Ace will still be sending out orders up until we are no longer able to get anything to the post and will inform you if this changes going forward
Will my order still come on time?
  • We pride ourselves in getting orders to customers quickly. Whilst we will still continue to get your orders in the post, we cannot guarantee how quickly the order will travel due to potential delays in logistics such as airmail 
Are you still going to be getting new stock in? 
  • A lot of the major manufacturers are now temporarily closing down their factories. This means that getting new stock is going to be more challenging in the short-mid term.
