Thank you for your review and for letting us know about this issue. We’re really glad to hear you like the bag itself, but we’re sorry about the musty smell.
These bags are mainly stored in a shipping container and, unfortunately, at this time of year condensation can form on the roof and occasionally drip onto the boxes. We bring the bags into the main building to air out and check for any signs of mould before sending them out. While we make sure they are clean, some can retain a musty smell until they’ve had a little longer to air properly. We’ve sold quite a lot recently, so it seems a few may not have had quite enough time to fully air before being shipped - our apologies for that.
As always, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you’re very welcome to return it for an alternative item or a full refund.
