Customs, Duties and Taxes can be applied to your order and may need paying when you order comes into your country if you are outside of the UK.
Ace Disc Golf is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents regarding the value of your order or to declare your order as a gift.
How often do you ship orders?
- We ship orders Monday-Friday
- Any order made before 1:00pm (UK Time) will be shipped that same day.
- We aren't able to ship or process orders on weekends & UK bank holidays.
- Christmas hours may apply but we will let our customers know any ad-hoc hours well in advance of them happening.
- You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking on the same day your order is shipped.
Am I able to return my order?
Of course you can. We offer free returns in the UK too. It's pretty simple to send back an order too.
For UK returns all you need to do is visit this link (http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5045) and fill out all the necessary information, print off the free returns label and drop your parcel off to the post office. Simple.
For International returns, you just need to send your return back to our warehouse:

Once we've receive, inspected and approved your return, we will issue you your full refund or replacement.
Your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method, it can take up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
You may be required to pay for your return postage, please do consider tracked postage as we cannot guarantee we will receive packages that are not tracked.
We will keep you up to date via email on your Refund Process.
If I make multiple orders, will you refund my shipping if you send in one package?
- Absolutely. We will always do our best to consolidate multiple orders into as few packages as possible. Then if we manage to reduce the overall shipping cost, we will always make sure you receive a refund for this.
- This IS NOT always possible due to the volume of orders coming through, but we will do this where possible.
