We aim to process all orders within 1 working day

All orders received before 12:30pm GMT will be processed and sent out the same day. All orders received after this point will be sent the next working day

We aren't able to ship or process orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Christmas hours may apply but we will let our customers know any ad-hoc hours well in advance of them happening.

All of our packages are sent out as 1st class, signed for deliveries (or the international equivalent). All packages are therefore tracked and insured. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking on the same day your order is shipped.
