- We aren't able to ship or process orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Christmas hours may apply but we will let our customers know any ad-hoc hours well in advance of them happening.
- All of our packages are sent out as 1st class, signed for deliveries (or the international equivalent). All packages are therefore tracked and insured. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking by 2pm GMT on the day of your order being processed.
